It takes us 1-2 days to prepare your order and an additional 2-3 days for orders with an engraving. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order is on its way. Delivery times vary from country to country but usually don't take more than 2 days in Belgium, 5 days in the EU and 10 days to the rest of the world. However, delivery can take longer as we work with external logistics partners. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Please note that we are required to state the value of the articles for legal reasons and we are not responsible for any import duty, customs and local taxes in your country.
You may return or exchange your jewellery within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with it. The jewellery must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Please send the articles by registered mail with a tracking number to the following address: Klijtstraat 38, Izegem 8870, Belgium. Please keep the dispatch receipts for any potential queries. The costs for returning any goods must be borne by you. Engraved items are not returnable or exchangeable.
